Status quo of Present Graduates!

Chetan Bhagat: 5 times Chetan Bhagat was caught in a controversy ...Dear friends,

It has taken me a long time to post an article. I have been reading Chetan Bhagat for a while. I have been inspired by his way of writing. I am learning a lot and it keeps me busy and occupied these days. He is great writer and may God bless him and his family.

The present condition of our college graduates both the under graduates and post graduates seem to be in trouble with their English. There are a lot of different soft skills offered by their institutes even spoken English classes, but the programmes do not seem to have any effect on the student's improvement.

I felt horrible when I visited some colleges to handle soft skill modules and found the students curtly said no to the power points. When I asked them the reason and they told the other trainers never had one and did not get into any thing related to the subject. They did some activities, played some games and watched some videos.

The Science of Laughter | Psychology Today            I am talking about the contemporary students who are going to finish their graduation in certain areas of Tamilnadu like Erode, Salem, Rasipuram, Madurai and other southern parts of Tamilnadu.

Most of the soft skill training institutes hire freelance trainers and most of the trainers try to enthuse the students by playing videos and playing games without providing the necessary things that need to be imparted for their survival after completion of their graduation.

Whenever it comes to a training session from outsourced company, students have the mentality that it is  a session for their entertainment and not a  session for learning. This kind of attitude is awful not only for the students but also for the trainers.

The nonchalance behaviour of the students towards outsourced training is created by the trainers themselves. We need to make the students relaxed and occupied. But ultimately, they should also learn something!

See you in the next post!!
