Dear friends, It has taken me a long time to post an article. I have been reading Chetan Bhagat for a while. I have been inspired by his way of writing. I am learning a lot and it keeps me busy and occupied these days. He is great writer and may God bless him and his family. The present condition of our college graduates both the under graduates and post graduates seem to be in trouble with their English. There are a lot of different soft skills offered by their institutes even spoken English classes, but the programmes do not seem to have any effect on the student's improvement. I felt horrible when I visited some colleges to handle soft skill modules and found the students curtly said no to the power points. When I asked them the reason and they told the other trainers never had one and did not get into any thing related to the subject. They did some activities, played some games and watched some videos.
